中文 (中国)Vietnam – The Department of Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued a document guiding 7 steps for businesses to register to export bird’s nest to China.
Currently, the Department of Animal Health is actively discussing with the General Administration of Customs of China to unify the form of the export quarantine certificate of bird’s nest; The export of bird’s nest from Vietnam can only be done when the General Department of Customs of China approves the form of the Export Quarantine Certificate.
In order to carefully prepare the conditions, content and be able to export the bird’s nest as soon as the General Department of Customs of China approves the form of the Certificate of Export Quarantine, the Department of Animal Health offers a 7-step process for businesses as follows
- Register the swiftlet house code with the locality where the swiftlet house is located.
- Send a document to the Department of Animal Health requesting guidance and support for export procedures, enclosed with the required documents.
- At the request of the enterprise, the Department of Animal Health shall issue an official dispatch guiding disease surveillance and food safety supervision.
- After having satisfactory results of disease surveillance and food safety, enterprises shall register for export with the General Administration of Customs of China according to regulations.
- After the enterprise declares and uploads the required documents to the Enterprise Registration Management System of the General Administration of Customs of China, the Department of Animal Health will add a letter confirming that the enterprise meets the requirements of the Decree and send it to China for consideration and decision.
- Business registration results will be notified directly to enterprises by the General Administration of Customs of China through the registered business accounts.
- Enterprises approved by China will carry out the procedures for exporting bird’s nest according to regulations.
