170 grams of dried mango

255 grams of bitter chocolate (about 1.5 cups chopped)

1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder.

Steps to take

  1. Prepare the cake tray by lining more aluminum foil or wax paper over the cake tray. If your dried mangoes are in large chunks, cut them into thinner “finger” pieces that are easier to handle.
  2. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from overheating.

  5. Repeat the dip with the remaining mango slices and melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle some dried chili powder over it.
